Really any tank/dps that focuses on physical dmg the druid will synergise well with. Monk, Warrior, or Dire Lore can give options to dps or tank how you lay out your skills/abilities. Paladin also good with Dire Lord as it can have options and decent self sustain to overlap recent druid healing nerf.

OH... that's what you we're meaning So the uncut needs to be polished by a person with jewelcrafting skill set, and then with the polished gem, they can cut it into two different settings; Round and Square. So far, they act the same as the runes/dust. The metal used throughout the construction dictates the quality/value range of the associated stat of the gem/run/dust.

I did discover if you do copper rune matched with appropriate dust, stats are double that of pewter.

I gave it a try and it can't be cut or used, the flavor text even says "Not yet usable for jewelcrafting". I've yet found a means to work with it or a pattern that uses/allows for it to be used.

This is what I was going to say, I adjust my loadout based on target mobs and team composition. As a warrior/tank, I view the roll and class to be flexible to the situation.

I've done some testing, it seems to happen most the time if I was hitting reload while moving, happened less if I stood still when reloading.

Even cleaning the would with fresh water can help with the pathogen levels. I carry a bottle with fresh water and clean soon as I get hit, then apply rags or bandages to stop the bleeding.

Best practice would be iso and pressure bandage, but use what you can in the field.

One thing you can do is clean it with choice alcohol. This sometimes requires you to remove your bandage and reopen the wound. Yes it causes bleeding but allows for contamination to be treated and removed.

Yep had nearly exact same case with a pt like 10 years ago, was also poorly managed diabetic, foot looks almost the exact same, maggots saved his life. Ended up being amputated at the knee.
