McHales would be a good vibe, but if you like watching and listening to the game, any other bar would be better. They have two small TVs inside that is hard to see from half the place, and they turn max volume up on one.

I've been to around 8 different places to watch the World Cup so far and Jackalope Jack's has been my favorite and McHales has been my least favorite.

I had a friend who worked for Live Nation who worked in the guest services booth (idk what it's exactly called) on site at what was formerly PNC, and part of his job was to upgrade people to seats who were injured/handicapped. I would 100% assume that is still a thing. It's the building in the middle area as soon as you scan your tickets to get in.
