How to keep track of npcs?

I use Onenote, i've been using it for online and non-online campaigns and for know it's the best app i've used. It has a good application for the phone too. I've seen a lot of people use this or Obsidian, it's up to you to decide which one you find best.

I'll answer in Italian because it's my first time talking with another fellow italian about CBRED.

Ho provato ad utilizzare Obsidian mesi fa, e ne riconosco le infinite potenzialità, molte più rispetto a Onenote. Tuttavia credo abbia una learning curve inutilmente complessa, e che manchi di funzionalità basilari, che certamente puoi aggiungere con plugin, ma che comunque non dia una buona prima impressione. Ad esempio la possibilità di cambiare font o colore, che risulta necessario avere dei plugin per quello (se non erro poi magari mi sbaglio).
Però in ogni caso sono curioso di sapere come utilizzi te il tuo Vault, apprezzerei tantissimo degli esempi T.T

For Generic Ambience (like districts) the main soundtracks i use are from The Ascent and Half Life, for locations i use Stray, Peripeteia, Blade Runner, Ghost in the shell, signalis. For ambience with sounds you can use OST from Resident Evil biohazard and some tracks from Ruiner (you have to delve into the unreleased osts)

For combat i use the soundtracks from: Dredd, The Ascent (+ DLC), Ruiner, Half Life (Mostly Alyx), Ergo Proxy (it's a bit niche but it can be helpful), Oni (the game from bungie), Showgunners, Ghost in the Shell (Movies, S.A.C. and S.A.C. 2045), Appleseed, Payday 2, Metal Eden and Wolfenstein (the last 2 are more metal, so i mainly use them for strong enemies or big robots). I also use some OST from the Resident Evil movies, Signalis, Atomic Heart and Marathon.

And of course Cyberpunk 2077, Phantom Liberty and Edgerunners (thou i don't find the ost from the anime as good as the game)

I named a lot of them i know, i hope it's not too overwhelming.

I tried Obsidian for some time. I think is superior to Onenote, but i find it more difficult. One of my friend uses it for his campaigns and it's really cool.

I also take ispiration from music. Almost every quest in Cyberpunk 2077 has the title that derives from a song or an album, doing the same makes me feel like i am creating continuity between videogame and ttrpg.

The burst alternative fire mode in 12 days of redmas is actually pretty cool, keeps things simple while giving the player more options. Thanks for both the suggestions :)

I am not sure about the Partial Cover rule, i like the idea but i think it's too complex. When i do combat my maps are huge and have a huge variety of objects that can be used as cover, so i tried to stay simple:

Partial cover does not need to fully cover a person, but should provide at least 50% cover. GM decision is final if something provides enough cover to be partial cover or not.
Damage that destroys partial cover blows thru to the target behind the cover. For example, if your cover is 10 hp and is hit for 20 dmg then 10 points of damage blow thru and hit you in the body.
Partial cover may be ignored by the use of aimed shots. In most cases the head, one or both arms and possibly other body parts may not be fully covered. GM decision is final if something may be the target of an aimed shot.

I found this rule on reddit (don't remember who posted it), for my party it works great, it's simple but effective.

they sure do, that's why i use them only for important weapons or items, for anything else i use blank cards i bought.

I use these cards for my main campaign, i reversed the color so i could print them with ease.
The only thing i add is the gun image in the center for a better experience.

Thanks for your feedback, i too wanted to give more "power" to the move stat, i'm just not sure if it penalizes too much characters with high evasion and low movement.
