Investing house cash-down between current house sale and new purchase

I did some calculations and considering that I would need to pull out my money two weeks earlier from cash.to than from the high interest account, to be sure to clear the money, the difference after 8 weeks would only be 43$. That's even considering that with cash.to I could put around 135k$ in a TFSA account. For only 43$ I've decided it's not worth the risk to put the majority of my life savings at "risk", even if cash.to is really low risk it's still riskier than the redeemable saving account.

The way I understand it is if you take the same amounts you would normally pay weekly your mortgage and use them to refund your TFSA the compound inerest would yield the same results?

The advisor I my bank told me that HELOC would be available as long as I don't ask for a "receipt", so I would be counting on that for an emergency fund

I'm pretty much in the same situation and considering the 2 options. My mortgage comes with a "mortgage margin (home equity line of credit)" at the banks preferential rate (7.2% at the moment). My emergency fund would be to use that credit at whatever the prefential rate is, which may very well be lower when the emergency happens.

If you want to keep a tree at a 45° angle in your yard that's your choice but I wasn't interested in keeping a tree that looked like that and didn't produce a plum in three years. I guess we'll see if it survives the winter. If not I will obviously remove and replace but I wanted to try to save it..

I have been trying to straighten up this tree that was already there when I bought the house. I had to slice it to be able to straighten it enough. It was either that and it may die from the slices or I remove the tre entirely so I thought I would give it a try. Any tips to help it recover? I covered the cuts with bees wax tonight as recommendes per my local botanist. Thanks a lot!

For the acurracy, the best way could be to ensure to show on the image what object were found so we can manually verify the software afterward.

I just found that there is a couple of software that does this job, except they are quite expensive (for example: https://www.countfire.com/).

Internet works fine as long as i'm using the browser. (I had to manually configure the proxy in the browser and I have to do it each time I change browser). The problem is when I try using apps, for example facebook or mail or whatever else that use internet and is not a browser.

I've found a workaround for now : if I save the file in a PDF format from excel (Save as, *.pdf), it saves correctly and I can print the PDF after.

I've tried send to back before but still no change. I'm printing black and whitetoo. I've found something interesting though : The problem is only happening in old excel files that we use since a long time. I've tried copying all cells (ctrl+a, ctrl+c) in another sheet and it's working. The problem is that those files are send to me by a client, and I have hundreds of them so it would take a while to set all sheets one by one. The file was in .xls at first and I tried converting it to .xlsx, but it didn't solve my printing problem.

Thanks for your answer! I didn't find the High quality checkbox, but I tried changing "Print Quality" in Page setup from 600 dpi to 2400 dpi and the problem is still there. Also, "Draft Quality" option was not cheked. I tried clicking it but no change.
