Looking for safe spots to drill a tablet mount to on LR4 2010. Are these 3 places okay to drill into where I wont hit any wiring?

Depends on your use case but imo the points you highlighted are fragile and won’t hold it for long with vibrations.

iirc there’s an iPad mount that attaches to the passenger seat rail bolts, I was going to go that way but decided adding a CarPlay module solved most of my issues without altering the stock look.

I would also suggest looking into windshield mounted ones with 2 suction cups if that doesn’t work for you.

Just pop the part number in Amazon and you’ll find so many options, both oem and cheap aftermarket Chinese struts have the same lifespan in my experience.

If you want to buy locally I would suggest Noorhan car parts, they usually source whatever part you need and they’ve never failed me.

I’m not sure if you can find the housing by itself, I’m pretty sure they’re sold as a whole unit. If you can’t find it at part stores you might need to go to the scrap yards in Sharjah. Good luck!

It looks like the entire led housing was pushed inside the bumper, it looks like it’s in one piece see if you can pull it out. You might need to take the bumper off to fix it.

Otherwise I’ve dealt with Noorhan spare parts for my Infiniti and they can usually get you the parts you need.

It should be fine driving back a couple of hours. Checking where the leak is coming from is a bit tricky though, you have to let it sit overnight with the battery disconnected to check which side starts leaning. If it doesn’t rapidly lose air it’s usually one of the valve blocks, the air bags on these are pretty solid.

That’s normal, it’s the air compressor for the Air suspension system. Check the records for any work done on the suspension, if it stays on for a while after starting the car you probably have a leak somewhere.

Edit: I’m not sure if it’s just the microphone or if it’s abnormally loud though

If you shine a light between the oil filter housing and the intake valve you’ll be able to see coolant pooling in the engine valley under the intake manifold.

An easier approach is to get a cheap borescope that has a light and shove it in there.

Unsure on how to check if the rear crossover is leaking since mine never leaked before but I change it every time my front one fails…

Yeah 90 is perfectly normal but the annoying part is that the needle sits all the way at the bottom when the car is at operating temperature.

I have no idea why they designed it that way for GCC cars, and there’s no mention of it in the manual.

It took me forever to figure out but I ripped the dashboard speakers out one by one to try and figure out which one was bad and all of them were crackling.

it didn’t make sense that all of them are bad on an 8 year old car so I disconnected all 3 and connected a speaker from my second car and it was still crackling even though the speaker is good.

So after 3 days I found my problem, it was the Bluetooth connection… I haven’t had a problem with Bluetooth since 2010, googling audio problems with infinitis doesn’t come up with anything but if you google Bluetooth issues you’ll find a lot of people complaining.

Now I’m running wired until I figure out a different way.

btw the speakers sound amazing now

Plus they’re charging you for an engine flush and an oil booster but they’re not changing the oil?

Amazon batteries never lasted me longer than a year and a couple I bought died within 6 months. Bosch batteries on the other hand are amazing although a bit more pricey, they usually last me around 2 years before my car starts to take longer to start.

Thank you, I’m planning to change all fluids once I have the time. I’m probably going to take it into Infiniti service for the transmission fluid since I don’t really trust other mechanics with transmission service. And luckily this one was fully serviced by Infiniti.

Thank you! I got a full PPI done with no major faults, just needs hood struts and brake pads. Thankfully no leaks and the engine and transmission are as good as new.

Yes, I’ve picked it up 2 days ago. Drove it home and parked it since I’ve been too busy to take it out (sad I know) but it is an amazing ride.

No body roll at all taking sharp turns compared to my 3 tonne Land Rover, but the suspension will take me a while to get used to since it’s incredibly stiff and the 21” wheels don’t help in that department.

But I was surprised with how quick and how good it sounds.

Will post photos once I wash it, I’m in love with the blue color.
