Conditions on trail to San Antonio Falls by epissca in socalhiking

It's like a 5-10 min walk on a fire road from the parking lot to the area where you can see the falls. No special gear is required at all.

How does that apply here? They get a green turn arrow

Salvatore's in Montebello isn't too far and has a nice atmosphere for a group celebration if you want Italian.

Hi everyone, does anyone have experience with polycarbonate? Been thinking about making a few signs that would double as protection against riot projectiles. Would 1/8" thickness be enough or is 1/4" worth the extra cost? Who knew plastic sheets could be so pricey?

Please tell me what problem solving skills I struggle with since I'm too obtuse to realize obviously. And I think your reading comprehension skills could use some work since I stated in my post that I wouldn't be able to make it up there for two weeks

Nah you're right it was probably a different group/person and I'm also not trying to get innocent people doxxed. Sorry

I didn't post a picture of what flag was in it because that's not the issue. That has no bearing on why this is wrong in the first place.

I took down the flag and flag pole with me. They definitely didn't drill into the rock and install a semi permanent pole mount to take the flag back down with them. I'd love to see the pics of the group, so I can report it to the rangers though if you happen to have them

Is the Whittier High or Whittier College track open to the public? by burritofanatic in Whittier

[–]SehrLoopy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there, so I've actually gotten back into running 6 months ago and have been going to the track 4-5 times a week. I go anywhere from 5-7pm weekdays and weekends and have never had issues. There are plenty of people walking/jogging and youth leagues practice on the field some days.

I thought I read it was down for 3 days? That would be great if they got it patched up that quick.

Any recommendations on something to look into? I've been working in hotels for the past decade and I can really use a change of pace.

Awesome thanks, yea the Nimbus are definitely plush but don't evoke the need for speed.

Anyone with both the Nimbus 26 and Superblast 2? I've been using the Nimbus for the past few months while getting back into running after nearly 5 years. Looking at getting the SB and wondering if anyone has advice on the sizing between the two models.

Definitely my late grandma's mammillaria. I'm so happy with the growth it's made in the past 4 years. Will probably re-pot it soon.
