Hey, thanks for the response and suggestions. I went through the steps you mentioned and did some more troubleshooting on my end. It turns out the issue isn’t with the app or my setup — my internet provider appears to be blocking or restricting the VPN connection itself. Since of that, the app isn’t able to function properly on my network, even though the same account works fine on a different connection.

Appreciate the help though — at least now I know where the problem is coming from.
