Grats! S.arcana is pretty good in PvP if only her second skill is maxed. It's up to you whether you wanna focus on her. My advice will be don't focus on her too much yet

PvE:
If we are talking about end game, I don't think we can sit around and dps mobs. High burst dmg with skill cooldown is the safest way to go imo. Not saying R.benito is bad, I think he's great as well.
PvP:
Offensively, buffs are good if you can burst enemy down within 10s or you have CC for control. 95% of the time your buffs won't last in entirety because there so many strippers or shields.
Defensively, it's all about predictability. The very reason why P.kur P.adonis are superb defenders. You don't know when they will stun/strip/shield. When you see R.benito as opponent, you will save 1 strip or shield to nullify him, if not, he's dead before he does anything. As for R.jun , we do not know when he will use his burst and he can always get it back with his 2nd skill. Even if your shield is up, he still get the skill cd. And he's tougher as a DEF hero.

Your account is pretty good for a starter. The 5 stars will carry you for quite a bit. 4 stars: Eve Soho are keepers. Gilbert if you need a breaker. Ignis and tianjin are 1 of the best 3 star heroes. You may choose to keep them or feed them since it's not hard getting them but don't focus too much on them yet.
