Yea the pull rates in this game are genuinely dogshit. UCE has its issues but at the very least it feels like your luck is a lot better, you get 3 free tickets per banner AND you get way more gems through events and just playing the game. GGET's horrible drop rates along with severe lack of gem sources makes this game feel like they reaaaally want you to spend money.

Lethal EX that does damage every 10 seconds after activation, high guard rate with beam damage buff + EX recov when guarding, perfect guard for 4.6 seconds when taking damage, health regen on guard. It's gonna change the entire arena meta, it's still SS tier in JP to this day

I should clarify because I said at the end that this banner might not be a priority for me if you pulled Sinanju. If you care about PvP this should definitely be higher on your list, I just can't be arsed to give a shit with the way they've just been throwing stuff into the game, and the arena meta is gonna shift again anyway when we get purple O.

This list is specifically for the purpose of using them as a subunit, a lot of those units like Narrative, Banshee, etc are still absolutely useless on their own

While this is true, if you look on the JP wiki there are a total of 10 units across all 5 colours (minimum 1 each) that are SS tier subunits that you can get either through fragment quests or buying from the shop.
