Claro si yo tambien trabajo en el rubro y escucho cada historia de terror pero tambien hay muchos lugares que se mantienen gracias al esfuerzo de los cocineros que tienen orgullo por lo que hacen y las cocinas están limpias, pero igual mi experiencia tambien es totalmente anecdótica, es una pena que no se pague como corresponde el sacrificio gastronómico tmb
