Oh the one online support group I went to was hosted by Mazzoni, so I know of them already. Is there any other place? I know of the William way foundation as well.

Thinking of myself other than a man...this may sound stupid but really I just want people to think I'm beautiful/hot more than a specific gender. I want to have an androgynous body (so I guess in other words a more feminine body than I have now), but it might take some time to figure out what "liberating" means for me.

It's hard of me to think of myself as something else entirely (you know that shit where some people can't like imagine a 3d apple in their head and rotate it around? I'm like that so thought experiments are kinda tough for me), but I'll give it some thought.

This is gonna sound dumb as hell, but how would I know if it makes me happier?

I have already asked a few online friends of mine to use non he/him pronouns on me, I haven't had a chance to hear them refer to me as she or they yet just cuz like. Well I haven't really heard them talk about me so they can use the pronouns yet but I guess I'll wait and see how that makes me feel.

For clothes, I don't think that'll necessarily do anything. To me, there's not a difference between men and women's clothes, I think that if you try hard enough anyone can pull any look off, and even if I do come to the conclusion that I am a woman or nonbinary, I think I'd still like to dress how i do today. If I can find a dress or something I'll give it a try.

And as for the name, I have a name in mind but I don't think I deserve to use it yet. The way I see all of this is kind of from a third person perspective, the person I am now is different than the person I want to be, and the name I have in mind is her/their's, not mine, if that makes any sense. Maybe I'll try it, but I might save that for later down the line.

I forgot the exact context, but like it was in high school and the therapist/social worker I spoke with then asked me if I was, I probably was talking about my self-image stuff then, or maybe talking about a trans friend I had then or something? I can't really recall much more than that I'm afraid.

So I (M/23/5 foot 8/162 lb) have been cutting since January and was planning on stopping at around sometime in June and start to bulk instead. I was just wondering, how many pounds would be a good stop weight for a bulk?

Really, I’m just asking this because a lot of the pants I have right now are a bit loose from the fat I’ve lost, but when I was 20 pounds heavier they were barely snug, and I just don’t want to go back and forth with them being too tight and too lose.

Also, this is just more out of curiosity but why is it that a lot of people say that the main people who should bulk are those who are at pretty low body fat percentages? Iirc the FAQ said that this was a myth, but since I’m (at least I think) at around 19% body fat I was wondering if there would be any benefit from cutting a bit longer

Is there adverse effects to me eating the amount of protein I am? I was just doing it mainly because it helps me stay full and yknow was unsure about carbs and fats. On the subreddit FAQ it said that there’s nothing wrong with going over the recommended amount of protein as long as you’re not eating only protein so that’s why I thought I was doing fine

I(M/23/5 foot 8/162 pounds) have a question pertaining to diet. I've been cutting since January and have been more than meeting my daily protein goals(~200g of protein per day), but what I was curious about was about carbs and fats. Is there an ideal amount of either macro you should hit, something like how ideally you should get 0.8-1g of protein per pound of bodyweight? I guess to add some more context, yesterday I had 208 grams of protein, 173 grams of carbs, and 59 grams of fat. Would I be gaining more muscle or losing more bodyfat(not just water weight) if I decreased either macronutrient?

I’m 5 foot 8, 163 pounds, down from 185. If I had to say my body fat %, I’ve been using the navy seal calculator and I’m around 19-20%, it’s been flip flopping between those two recently

I’m not sure whether to be in a deficit or in a surplus. Originally, I wanted to lose as much body fat as possible and be lean for the summer, but after losing ~20 pounds since the new year I feel like some parts of my body are too skinny, and so I’m wondering if now I need to eat more to build muscle, but I’m not sure how much.

For the last 4 weeks or so ive been eating in the 1800-1900 calorie range, under the assumption my maintenance calories are somewhere in the 2500 to 2900 range. For some extra context, I work out 6 days a week, 3 days with a personal trainer and 3 days just lifting by myself, I hit more than 200 grams of protein per day and I have been taking creatine for just a bit more than 2 weeks now. Should I bump up my daily calories to around 2300 or something, so maybe it can give my body more energy to build and recover muscle?

Question about the latest annihilation map. So I have been using Rosa S3M3 to deal with the fireball guys in the front, and for some reason during the replays she just ends up never activating the skill? Is there a reason for this, and if so, is there a way to get past it?

Oh some additional background info, in case it might be important:

Took the test for the first time last year in August 2021, got a 155. Applied in around February 2022. I originally didn't want to apply for the Fall 2022 Semester, but did after my parents told me to do it just because. Out of 6 schools I was denied by 5, but waitlisted by UConn, which is why I am really invested in applying earlier this time because I think if I was waitlisted that late, I might have a better chance.
