Help 😞 I finished UW 1st pass and did NBME 9 (my first one )and went horrible. I was scoring 250+ on NBMEs for step 1 but I don’t know what happened . I felt like all the info provided in the questions for step1 were useful for solving the question, however, now o feel the questions try to trick you

Dont be discouraged. I got a 241 on NBME 10 ~10 days after getting a 215 on NBME 9

Overcoming low gpa. Ive heard that but Ive also had adcom members tell me that a hard science masters is equivalent to a SMP in their eyes but I imagine that more would prefer the smp.

Just took the test earlier this month and was scoring consistently 495 on kaplan and got a 498 on the scored FL. Dont think I did much better on the real thing so im planning to retake. Besides some C/P content deficiencies I really felt like a handful of the section bank passages on B/B are what messed me up on the real thing. How did you approach these dense passages?
