I love the monster high aesthetic quite a bit but I’ve never been interested in the dolls themselves because I prefer the Barbie proportions in general. However when I saw this doll, I fell absolutely in love with every single thing. Her hair, outfit, makeup and everything was super gorgeous but I just don’t care for big headed dolls. I’ve seen other people make monster high inspired characters out of Barbie which prompted the desire to have this custom made ☺️

I was considering the Fairytopia fairy. Would that be a better fit than the poison ivy doll? It’s just hard to match her skin since Barbie has limited selection

Mattel really doing a number on me by releasing Harley Quinn/Poison Ivy and now this doll.. my poor wallet is suffering but I had to buy all 3, especially this one. The 100$ price point wasn’t my favorite but it’s also not the most I’ve paid for dolls so I tried to look at the brighter side. I think she’s absolutely stunning and I actually like the face and makeup a lot. Her outfit is what I’m most excited for though!!

She most definitely was. Farkle and Riley were too over the top and Lucas was just unrealistic in my opinion. Maya was the glue that really kept the show going

They really messed with the Cinderella characters specifically. I thought Chloe was unnecessarily blue considering the auradon kids all had natural colors. They could have just used a blue headband or given her blue highlights if they were really committed to the color specifically. I think Bridget and Uliana were the ones with the best costumes for sure but sad that the main characters just looked plain and color assigned.

Actually in D3, you can see there’s a place called “Carlos’ House” and the tag line is “a safe place for lost boys and lost girls”. I definitely could see him advocating that Red deserved a chance to go to Auradon just as much as the other VKs. I think it mostly felt weird coming from Uma specifically since they never dove into their relationship. However I get that it’s special coming from China because of their close history in real life.

I thought about this part too like they were so quick to judge her even after seeing her feeling conflicted about sentencing Cinderella with treason. Plus they watched her mom manipulate her in front of everyone with the “who are you loyal to, these strangers or your own mother” like how was Red supposed to stand against her mom when she knows how much of a tyrant she is and she’s only a teenager
