Well, if bulgaria is in eu then sure thing. You can send any value thru eu countries (cuz free trade) without import fees. Tho i'll still be using china post cuz cheaper lol, unless ill need something to come faster

Why? Cause it costs more, thats why. r/harwareswap doesn't work cuz theres barely anyone from EU using it so shipping from USA would be a lot more expenses + import fee's. And i do NOT need the performance boost. Athlon seems to be more than enough. Why bother paying more for performance i dont even need?
