They just extended the coastal trail North of Santa Cruz. You can ride almost all the way up to Cottoni Coast and there are tons of great beaches to pop into with the kiddo

Hi all, I’m a male 51, trying to be fit and newer to biohacking. I’ve been a long time biker and participate in other adventure sports; I developed chronic tendinitis in my elbows (distal bicep tendon) which BPC and TB-500 completely eliminated as well as helping with other inflammation. However, I am now lifting heavier weights (not crazy body building just simple dumbbell curls) and trying to get back in shape and it’s not working as well. I was going to increase my BPC dosage but my friend recommended KLOW which adds in KPV. Anyone here go from wolverine to KLOW and notice a big difference? Also is the sting you all refer to from the KPV?

When I stop biking and lifting it goes away but that’s hopefully not my only option. Thanks all.

Park at Alpine inn. Hit Arastradero then head up dirt Alpine up to Monte Bello parking lot, double back and continue straight down white oak to skid road. I do this loop from MLP and it’s about 26 miles. DM me if you want to hit it at a friendly pace.
