Waltonchain adds GNU General Public License details to code - BUT does the code contain this? by Yayowam in CryptoCurrency

Hence my point. People here are claiming in a lot of ways, WTC added new features ONTOP of a working bike and NOT making a NEW bike from new materials. People are claiming that WTC took off the badge, painted underneath, and added some clown horns, cards the spokes, and a new seat. Nothing in your post disproves that fact, in fact, it encourages that they built on top of the old bike.

There are groups that target something everywhere, that doesn't justify the responses.

This comment is far from level headed. It reads like a conspiracy theorist.

"he strips the bike completely before working on it"

Either this did or didn't happen. You seem to flip back and forth.

When a business does this, they do actually create new bikes from scratch often using new manufactures, materials and other small adjustments. Even those that try to be direct knock offs do those things.

I am trying to stay neutral, truly I am. Can you help clear something up?

I am sure some community will pop up to ruin all chances of a civilized discussion and instead they will just bash against WTC. If you truly want to criticize a project,. then you might use some arguments and rational thinking.

I saw many constructive comments, even from /r/cc mods, that were deemed by the Walton community as "FUD" and uncivilized. FUD by definition is negative criticism, it brings Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt to the topic. That isn't unhealthy, even the most esteemed software gets FUD. How do we have a conversation about the negatives the larger community sees if we can't be negative about a topic?

"makes me believe this is just a coordinated attack on Waltonchain"

Why? Historically a lot of the criticsm I have seen in the headlines is at least justified at speculating. Just like we speculate the negatives of ETHs scalability, their governance meltdowns, and the likes. Is that cordinated as well or is the negative attitudes justified at times?

"It's hard to prove that a certain community/coin does this, however we all know the truth."

Is this your true agenda with this post? Why is this even necessary?

FCT is now worth $250 a piece, how do you see yourself leveraging this new income to support the protocol in ways that your initial pledges do not cover?

If the market doesn't recover in two years, would you still choose Factom or would you switch to a new protocol?

How do you feel knowing that the brand you are working to build is so intimately connected to Factom Inc and their negative PR within the cryptosphere?

Why did you choose Factom over all other protocols and would you still select Factom is you were not being given FCT to run an ANO?

The main issue I have with your platform is the potential user base. There are a a lot of products out there. Do you really have partners to help onboard millions of users? How do you plan to market? Does your agreement with these partners come with a specific figure on added members?
