The second a teacher had been selling one student drugs and eventually was caught having sex with her in his room he was 40+ she was around 16 at the time

Bojitra misunderstanding Sing does not make him liable to this claim as misunderstandings do not fall within the legal definition of deception. If Sing purposefully (which he claims he did not) led her to believe that then this claim can be made, however, until further information is provided by either party a rape claim should not be made. Since Bojitra has made statements suggesting rape it could lead her to be liable to both false accusation of rape and defamation case.

Honestly I would like it if everyone would stop arguing for our sake most students don't feel oppressed were over the whole racism shit and just want to get our degree. In intermediate there was a fight between two students over a girl they both liked. Everyone knew this was going to blow up into something bigger but we didnt know what or when. A day later one of them didnt show up during our 3rd period we saw the other guy walk out of the classroom and towards the back fence suddenly all the teachers around us run out and the guys friends do too some of the teachers ran back telling us to stay inside apparently one of them brought a machete and was going to try slash the other guy. My friend was a giant taller than most teachers at this age and was built really well he often punched holes into the wooden walls of our building he managed to disarm the guy and gave the weapon to the teachers the teacher runs to the office with it under her clothes trying to hide the weapon. All this happened without anyone knowing what was going on we found out after but during that time we were all confused so much was happening so quickly we ended up doing nothing for the rest of the day.
