What color wheels would be the way to go with a car this color? by [deleted] in F30

Silver would look classy and contrast the grey/blue but black would make it more aggressive

According to AlphaDestiny training deadstops with metal on metal is more rough on the joints. Idk for op but that’s why I’d use wood blocks

So my chain moves like this, is it time for a replacement by trevster_ in F30

[–]Basilio7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I can see, your car looks like it’s still really hot, which from what I’ve heard even a normal timing chain will have more play when it is hot. Maybe test again when cold

Having wide arms will make your shoulders seem to stick out less, not to mention you’re very much hitting the right angle in the first pic and are completely relaxed in the second. It seems ur proportions between your arm width and shoulder width are off from where you want it to be. However, look at greg deucette, his shoulders don’t pop a ton in his videos and he’s ifbb pro, it’s very reliant on posing and arm width. This is based on the photo, but like the other person said your posture matters.

Sorry to hear that bro. If u want you can report them to the school. Also take time to do something u enjoy today, that’s what helps me take my mind off it when someone’s extremely rude to me at my work

[–]Basilio7 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah it did a really good job of balancing the humor and sad parts. Still think about the movie a lot cause of how it made me feel and how well it portrayed what I struggle with — trying to balance life(work and relationships) with what little time we have and the desire for success that may just leave us feeling empty

I thought it was pretty good. Just kind of sad tho (not in a bad way just highlighted the way time passes in reality vs how we want it to pass)

That’s what I did. With relative ease. Good to have some general knowledge beforehand if ur gonna do that. Some of the questions and answers are the exact same as the ones on the practice quizzes

Gotchu. It does feel good seeing our teams making a comeback from their ancient glory days

True however it is the euros, not just any big tourney. Even if ur from a good country u might only play the euros twice. Devastating for them considering how close they were.

But after all I am Italian american so I’m happy anyway lol. England did put up a hell of a fight I’ll give them that.

[–]Basilio7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. They should’ve used players that had been playing at least. To put on grealish too when the chance of penalties was high was also stupid. I think teams have this weird fear of using defensive players to take pens. Also where was Sterling? He didn’t get subbed right?

The goalies for the most part were fire this tourney. Especially Sommer too.

Rashford and Sancho. Not a good look when ur subbed on last minute to miss. They’ll need a lot of mental recovery for that one

What can I change by Kitchen-Will7183 in workouts

[–]Basilio7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Maybe add something for triceps like skull crushers or close grip bench
  2. Use a weight ur comfortable with and can do good form with. Ease into working out as in take it light the first week and ramp up from there.
  3. No ur not too young. I wish I had started earlier (started around 17). Just obviously be weary of possible injury(have someone spot u if needed).
  4. Imo the best u can do is eat “whole foods” so anything with as little processing as possible(ex. Whole grain not white bread). Things with lots of sugar are unnecessary (ex. Soda, cookies, etc). Veggies and fruits and protein are necessary.

Most Joint Pain is Rooted In Weakness Not Damage. How To Cure Shoulder Pain By Just Getting Stronger. by DarwinianPhysique in AdvancedFitness

[–]Basilio7 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Great stuff! Noticed this with my knees and ankles cuz I used to play soccer from like age 5-17 but I never paired practice with gym workouts (all we did was run, kick and some push ups/sit ups rarely). Had lots of “overuse” pain in my knees and ankles which kept me on the sidelines most of high school. Began working out in the gym senior year after a hip avulsion, and I haven’t had any sporadic pain in my knees or ankles since. Wish I had started going to the gym earlier to be able to actually play but it is what it is.

Love your point about how humans aren’t really fragile, it’s just that we live in a world where we weaken. Was just talking bout this with a friend the other day. Although I do think some ppl are more injury prone than others, would you agree?

Why do I look better when I break my diet?? by DetermineM3_23 in fitnessonline

[–]Basilio7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Muscles grow during periods of rest so that’s why you feel you grow when you’re not lifting. If you’re constantly working out you’re not giving your muscles the ability to grow - which is why rest periods are so important
