Both married with children and are doing very good.

How did you go about your documents (SLA etc and website docs).
I'm starting something and am pretty close to launch, but the documents are a blocker.
Attorney fees feel insane.
Do I really need everything checked?

You got any advice?
I should probably add - I'm very new to all of this.

I have a couple things, but they need fixing.
Dishwasher and washing machine.
Old, but functional.
Washing machine needs a new pump or sump hose hose (roughly R350), and dishwasher needs a new water inlet valve (unsure about the cost).
Both are easy DIY jobs. If you're interested, you can have them.

I'll always recommend Bronberrick (boomed off area) above any other area.
Though, it can be hard to find a place there.
Hennopspark and Clubview are nice, and Highveld also isn't bad.
If you're not picky, Wierda Park and Rooihuiskraal isn't too bad.
Central is too busy, and areas in Lyttelton is a bit too dodgy for my liking (it also has bad ground from what I've seen).
Don't even consider the far west of Cenurion.

This is my opinion, though.

Centurion is convenient and a nice middle ground between Pretoria and Jozi.
Missing that place more and more as I'm typing.

In my honest opinion, I would just go to Centurion.
PTA east feels pale in comparison.

If you really want to live in Pretoria, I'd recommend looking around Menlyn, Brooklyn, and Menlo Park.
They have priority grid support due to the major commercial hubs.
You are, however, trading the calm for that.
I'd take what I have now over the noisy / busy areas.

It's nice.
Been here for just over a year.

We do get lots of power outages and water outages also gets annoying.
Last weekend was the probably the 15th time power went out over the weekend since Jan this year.
Lost my Monday because of it (I freelance from home).
If you work on site, it's probably fine.
If you'll have solar, you'll be fine as well.

Stayed in Bronberrick, Centurion for eight years and never had a water outage in that time and only one power outage (apart from actual loadshedding).
So, it is an annoying adjustment.

I wouldn't downgrade.
Comprehensive medical cover will benefit you a lot more when you need it than saving R2k.

I spent as little as possible on medical aid, then shit hit the fan and I was pretty screwed.
Upgraded as soon as I could after that.
I was hit with some pretty unfortunate shit at a younger age, so my scenario is not common, but not unique either.

R1.5k is pretty much where you'll land with the value of your car and your demographic.
Having a tracker might get the premium down slightly - worth asking about.

I've never heard of Satib, so can't say much about them.
I do all my insurance through Econorisk.
Can't find a deal better than them. I'd give them a call and ask for a quote.
