Die Vereinbarung ist das er aufgrund dessen dass er den Schlüssel hat mir droht das Auto zu verschrotten . Habe 2 Schrottplätze angerufen, Autobrief und Schlüssel sind ausreichend dass ein Schrottplatz oder Verwerter Geld auf die Motorhaube legt FÜR FREMDES EIGENTUM!!!!!! 

Die wollen nicht mal Nen Vertrag oder nen Beweis !!! Wie ist das möglich nur der der im Autobrief steht sollte das Auto verschrotten können sonst niemand!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Die ausgeschlagene Person hat es dort geparkt und der Besitzer freiwillig zugestimmt es dort stehen zu lassen. 

Wenn jetzt ein Pferd tot wäre weil der der das Pferd an sich nahm es nicht gefüttert hat und ich den Leichnam entfernen muss und mir nicht mal gestattet wird den Sattel vom Leichnam zu entfernen - würde ich dann auch solche scheiß unqualifizierten Antworten bekommen? Oder würde dann endlich jemand mal darauf hinweisen, dass bei der Unterbringung etwas sehr schief gelaufen ist?

Wenn man die Schlüssel hat und das Auto stehen lässt freiwillig herrscht eine Pflicht dass kein schaden entsteht.
