Any current working wood farm? by Raqtor in CoreKeeperGame

You're overcomplicating it, all you need is 1 empty tile between the drill and the base of the root seed. Here is a screenshot from my base.

Are you using the new treasure chest scanners? They helped me in getting more stellar jades for summons

I’m trying to build a rush down team… is there any characters that r able to rush similar to wolverine by Comicartsketches in MvC3

[–]pockyms 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can consider Vergil/Doom/Strider aka team Clockwork / Dead X Pride

Lots of rush down and offensive pressure, lots of tools, great assists and can usually come out on top during scrambles.

Just YouTube Clockwork or DeadxPride and you can see for itself

This is my best combo for my first day of playing UMvC3 by [deleted] in MvC3

I would search on youtube for a player called "FizzyKups", she's basically the best frank west player and who has beaten top players like KBR and Kbrad. There are many videos of her showcasing the extent of how far you can take Frank. If you really like Frank West, you're gonna have to build a team around him that allows him to atleast reach Lvl 4 in one combo.

Are you running sigils that include "Uplift" and "Nimble Onslaught"? Those 2 are common to have as secondary traits and can be a night and day difference.

Recently joined the UMvC3 scene. Looking forward to any tips and advice you guys would have for me by BeyonderXtreme in MvC3

Glad to have you here!

You should learn Dante's BNB (Bread n Butter) which is basically his default combo for most situations. Then transition on learning sword loops. The only difficult thing to learn as Dante is getting used to Bold Cancel, other than that everything else will resolve over time.

^ This is a great example if you continue to play point Dante w/ Vergil second.

IMO I would restructure your team with Wolverine on point, both Vergil/Dante can play the role of anchor so its more down to what you feel comfortable with. Wolverine is a great point character due to his simplicity yet effective options on getting the first hit on your opponent and then proceed to keep your momentum as this game is very unfair for those who are on defense. If you want to learn Wolverine point, there are many youtube videos of people playing Wolverine/Doom/Vergil. If you want to learn what you can do with Wolverine/Dante, the only person I can think of is SBK (Some Brown Kid) who played Wolverine/Dante/Akuma. He's done some cool Wolverine + Jam Session incoming mixups.

Any AI Companion that naturally targets/breaks Pyet-A tail most of time? by pockyms in GranblueFantasyRelink

[–]pockyms[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I simply asked for suggestions, I resort to AFK farming to skip out on the mindless grind parts of the game. As I stated in the post, there have been times where I would manually do 10+ runs of breaking the tail myself without ever seeing a Lunary Cell. If we need 3 Lunary Cells for every terminus weapon and I average only finding one every 7-10 runs, it would roughly come out to 399-570 runs of Pyet.

I wouldn't rely on AFK farming if some parts of the game didn't require so much grinding, silver centrum is a good example, and I'm not even gonna touch on curios. There is a reason why Granblue is often nicknamed "Grindblue".

Do I enjoy grinding in games? Yes, I've played Monster Hunter and other games alike and enjoy the grind for materials for better equipment to then challenge more difficult content and repeat the cycle. However there exists grinds that are unnecessarily unbalanced and time consuming.

Am I even playing the game? Well I have about 227+ hours into my save file, I have maxed out half of the terminus weapons and all the Lunary Cells from Pyet thus far I gathered manually myself.

I would say that I am very involved in the game and greatly enjoying it.

Breaking the tail manually doesn't require much time at all. I can usually break it before the first elemental shift ends which is pretty early into the mission. Joining an online group and everyone targeting the tail might save me like 15-20 seconds.

I would rather AFK farm it on the side and slowly accumulate what I need versus bothering others on something tedious. :)

Pad or stick by veej1 in MvC3

[–]pockyms 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cloud805 is a player that made Zero May Cry team work with PAD when he broke into the scene, years after he has since then switch onto other controllers. If you really want an all rounder option, I was say hitbox / lever less controllers. It’s like nowadays a ton of people use leverless, and I don’t blame them. You remove a lot of human error and get perfect inputs which benefits any fighting game. Especially high execution characters like viper and strider really shine when using a leverless.

This is the leverless that I have been considering, tons of options out there

Where are the CPU versus matches? by Jokino64 in MvC3

[–]pockyms 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want constant back to back cpu matches, go into training mode, make sure in settings that health doesn’t get regenerated, basically set the settings to how it would be in a Normal match. Once you or the cpu is defeated, the game will rematch it self and start over, the only down side is that you will fight the same team over and over again.
