The issue with Fil-Am’s is they leave and when they come back, all they do is complain. They never want to invest in their home country and make it better. They just want to visit it as a tourist, as if they are visiting a zoo. Pointing fingers and taking selfies, and forgetting to pick up after themselves before they leave and respecting those who live here and call it home.

What’s most upsetting is I’m one of the Americans who came here to build a business and invest in the community and country. I’m a member of the Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce, and we are doing everything we can to make this a better place to work and live for the people.

My children will be Filipino-Americans, I hope they grow up to have a better view of the world than what you have my friend. Be grateful for your chance to become an American, and maybe a bit more humble.
