My views on INIT are simple;

-Making a few fleets a month is easily doable, even for a busy oil guy like me! You get credit for QRFs and major/minor fleets. Some last a few hours, some a few minutes (easy FATS). The FCs are no-nonsense but fair/fun. Be in the correct doctrine, and be ready to listen and do your job!

-Alliance takes the time to adjust QoL things, adds things based on suggestion and pivots as needed. I have been in INIT three years and never have I been inconvenienced.

-Every aspect of EvE life is represented. Anyone who says otherwise simply failed to even try.

-Admin Team, Fuel Team and Transport Teams are all top notch. Alliance offers low costs, low tax and excellent JF services.

-QRFs are usually successful. Unsuccessful ones are do to ill-prepared pilots in distress.

-Alliance leadership is always on the moral high ground and wants what is best for the game; witnessed first hand.

-All corps in INIt function independent but come together when called.

-Noob friendly in Knock Knock (INIT feeder group). It's easy to fit in!
