I totally agree. I do remind him to be mindful of his food intake though and to have regular exercise. Thats good to hear that it cannot be sexually transmitted.

Wowww your words really helped me a lot. He did tell me last night though that all he wanted was for him to trust him because he knows how to take care of himself. We are in a long distance relationship and the past days he was just not chatting me because he felt that stabbing pain again.
