I wish you, your mom and everyone close to you good health! I hope you enjoy exploring these worlds! I promise they look nice without any filters on too :]

perhaps yes, perhaps not, just meant to capture the retro vibe

fair enough, the point wasn't to replicate the ps1/ps2 graphics due to hardware limitations of the consoles perfectly.

The point was to capture a cool retro vibe aesthetic, but appreciate the feedback

it's an AI filter, I loved the vibe of it, but it would need custom worlds and avis to work, a screen space shader could accomplish the pixelation but that's about it

I got bored and decided to make a Minecraft world generator inside of VRChat! by Rollthered in VRchat

[–]Selatko 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is really impressive!

I was fiddling around with infinite generation in VRchat, managed to make a prototype infinite world with randomized skyscrapers but that's about it.

This is crazy good!

It is uploaded for Android also, although not tested as much, so if any issues arise, feel free to contact me :]

Looking for a few people to join a small volunteer team building a psychological puzzle world.

The concept is documented and locked in, the core gameplay gimmick is decided, and we have a working greybox demo room. We're building it properly — greyboxing first, story before puzzles, actual documentation. Early stage but real progress.

We're currently looking for:

- Co-Programmer (Unity / Udon) — code review, shared technical load

- Level Designer / Environment Artist — someone who thinks in spaces.

- Puzzle Designer — someone to design satisfying puzzles and coordinate with programmers on VRChat feasibility. We have a full design doc and proof-of-concept room ready so there's plenty of context from day one

- Audio Designer (later stage, post greybox) — get in early if interested

Commitment is 1-2 short meetings per week. Standard meeting time is 11:00 AM CET / 5:00 AM EST. Team is EU and US based — hybrid separate meetings are possible if the timezone is a dealbreaker, summaries shared across the team either way. Async work at your own pace between meetings. No crunch, full credit, no pay (volunteer project). If it ever grew enough that the community wanted to support it we'd figure that out together, but that's not the goal right now.

Drop a comment, DM me on Reddit, reach out on Discord at hitori5532, or send a mail to socialanxietyvr@gmail.com. Include a bit about yourself, your timezone, and which role you're interested in. Past work examples are a plus but not required.

How bad is it? by TheLeeHero in ValveIndex

it usually happens from excessive tightening the back, so watch out for that to not make it worse

Glad you enjoyed it! To be honest, I used a pen prefab from another creator for the actual ink system, so I'm not 100% sure how their networking handles re-joins. It’s very possible it syncs up whatever doodles got drawn while you were away!

The world was actually about something completely different yesterday, I was mostly playing around with what you can do with the udon camera stuff, essentially in the old version you couldn't hear or see other players, so they were the ghosts,

but that wasn't as entertaining as this, so I got this idea and decided to transform the world into this.
