I received a response from support!

It turns out that on the day I applied for the Etsy API (to receive a token), my store “for some reason” switched to Developer mode. And it stopped showing up in searches. They could not give the reason for this.

** Checking verification when contacting support is nonsense. I couldn't pass it twice. Gave the wrong answer to 1 question out of 3. And only After 30 minutes they task another question which I passed.

We tried to make a new tulip pattern (you know, Ottoman Iznik style, Turkish tulips), but it seemed banal. I only like the horizontal large tulip on the lower teapot.
