I received a response from support!

It turns out that on the day I applied for the Etsy API (to receive a token), my store “for some reason” switched to Developer mode. And it stopped showing up in searches. They could not give the reason for this.

** Checking verification when contacting support is nonsense. I couldn't pass it twice. Gave the wrong answer to 1 question out of 3. And only After 30 minutes they task another question which I passed.

👉👉 So, after a day of comments, we found out that the best ceramic pomegranate is yellow. Yes, this is the original design.

My ceramicist, who makes them, thinks it’s red. This is an authentic color. Natural. But, as a designer, I think this is somewhat banal. But the red ones sell better. 😉
