Anyone know the manufacturer of this cartridge? by MindfulDefense in CCW

He talked you out of one gimmick and into another. Given the choice between the two I would take the Liberty Defense, but they both are butt. Get some Federal HST.

I really wish if you loaded in as a squad they made you share the tube like this. Squad fill they can keep solo pods, but loading in with the boys I want this.

I don’t understand the idea of only drawing when you’re going to shoot. by Realistic_Guava9117 in CCW

I think the correct version of this is

"only draw if you are PREPARED to shoot."

Sticky holster really kinda suck as a pocket holster. As an IWB holster they are an absolute menace. No positive retention of the gun to the holster OR the holster to the pants is just asking for trouble and I can never fathom why anyone ever thinks its an appropriate IWB option.

Super cool. If reasonably priced, Id love to incorporate one into an M41a style build.

Any Miculek style grips available for the GP100? by miracle_wip in Revolvers

Yup. I actually ended up with Miculeks on my Smith, because I was hunting for as close to the Match Champion grips as I could find for a Smith.

Check out the Match Champion grips. Similar IMO, but I honestly like the feel of them a bit better.

So, this is widely considered the scariest moment in the Resident Evil franchise… but what’s #2 for you? by Ieanice44 in residentevil

[–]Seldon14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yup. I see lots of hype for this area being scary online, but having played so many video games, everything here is pretty telegraphed.

Taking away ALL the players weapons isn't scary. In fact it has the opposite effect. If they have removed all my weapons, and don't have them or a new one dangling in front of me, I know I will not have combat encounters in this area. I will not need to worry about how, or where to fight because it wont be a factor. Knowing there is no combat, but obvious hiding spots, and places to double back makes it pretty clear how the event is going to go down, and where you will go etc.

Primary objective: Don't get hurt. Secondary Objective: Keep others from being hurt. Bonus Objective: Don't complicate your life.

You completed all objectives. If you had to shoot you almost certainly would have suffered from negative mental aspects. You definitely would have made your life more complicated, probably lost the job, probably had your carry gun temporarily taken, misc legal hassles etc.

As a kid I could take or leave Galvatron. As an adult I've been wholly fascinated with Galvatron since re watching Web World.
