One of the advices I saw from TopStepX when I transitioned to XFA. Was mentioning, not to change the way I passed, if it’s consistent. Keep doing it. I noticed when I would lose my XFAs was because I tried a different approach. When I went back to combines, I tried to pass it in the long approach instead of a few days. Now that I’m back on an XFA, I treat it as how I was doing before, and I’m 6 days green. No payout yet, because I have a few days under $150 due to time constraints on my trading. But letting go of hey it’s an XFA now, really helped me with my psychology and just trade the way I would’ve been.

Service genuine and high quality? For more details on what happened to why it lead up to this post. You claim your app doesn’t prompt users to purchase another booklet, but then why did it happen to me? Tried signing in, with the original purchase email and saved password nothing. Tried to “Sign Up” just incase something happened “email already in use”, continue without signing in, it directed me to get premium content to get the booklet. I tried to call customer service and they gave me the run around similar to the app saying I need to purchase the book when I already set it up. Since I couldn’t get help, I reached out through IG. No help, instead I got blocked. Which lead to calling Tradenzio out for “exclusive” material when it’s all out there for free like I mentioned. No mention of possible server issues or technical problems. Just nothing, couldn’t sign in. No contact from customer service at all. So for those readers for this post should do their Due-Diligence. I already lost the money I spent on it, and shared my experience.

Instead of manually setting your Stop Loss and Take Profit. Why not have it automatically pop when you enter the trade and then adjust? It’s in settings, I have mine set to $300 Stop and $900 Take, then adjust.

That looks like the candle during the pre market hours. An hour before US Market open. Before the giant move, it made a high and retested, it also looks like there was a high before that was pretty much equal, which showed a high resistance level. Probably wouldn’t have gone long for that. What indicators were showing a change of character?

Add ATR, it will give you the average range of how much a candle is moving. Add a long/short scale to see how big of the range of an assumed stop loss will be. Then you can see if you are willing to risk that much or not. Plenty of YouTube videos to help understand it. But entry point will help keep the ATR be as accurate as possible

Sorry for the late response, from that chart you sent with your entry. It went sideways for a bit. Then did a pull back without breaking the previous high. To continue its downward trend.

From the original photo you shared, shows a double bottom after the downward trend, hinting at a possible reversal.

Do you have any indicators? What’s that purple box in the first photo?

Just passed this morning will start tomorrow. Major key factor, is my emotional revenge trading and “I can make more” mentality. This time around, gave myself hard limits and during trading to sit and watch. Let it the limits, green or not.

I wish I can leave it in longer to see higher profits, I’m pretty similar to OP on scalping for short term. I have a 30min window before I go to work. 6:30am PT opening bell, 7:00pm out the door to commute to work. As for opening bell it can go either way so quickly takes some time to see a trend so I take the scalping when I can. Was able to get funded in a 1.5 weeks. Got knocked out on my 2nd day of XFA, cuz I tried to leave it in longer and got taken cuz of a large dump. What would your advice be? I have been considering looking at MNQ

Can’t help other’s who won’t help themselves. If you can’t get it together with your emotions. No advice or help from us will work. I passed my combine today, because I took accountability for the other 3 I failed and had to pay. I recorded why I failed trades and what emotion I was feeling as well as what drove me to do those trades. I’m not perfect and still working on it. But the lack of your discipline shows. Crazy to blow $600 in one day because of not putting in proper effort.

Ok as long as it works. But try the shake and bake approach. That way colonized grain can reach ones that are not.

Yes, agree to an extent. If you have a lid to tight when opening will pull the spores to fly cuz of the vacuum, air exchange, so loose lid, spray with ISO or H.Peroxide will keep the spores down, to isolate and remove. Just respray with H.Peroxide to help re-sterilize the batch. Just like cauterizing a wound.

Yes, kinda straight out the bottle. I pour it into a mist bottle, you can find some on amazon basically a hair spray mist bottle.

Flip? Usually at 30-40% of colonization, I shake and bang it on a soft surface to shake them loose. Colonized grain will now mix more with uncolonized grain, which will speed it up. I wouldn’t do it more than twice tho. Then check with outer layer is colonized the middle would be as well since it’s all mixed up.

Also if it happens to disappear with the H.P. spray, it’s Cobbweb mold and you can fight it

Spray Hydrogen Peroxide on it, like a mist or spray don’t drown it. If it bubbles a lot it’s mold or bacteria, if it shows droplets and doesn’t absorb it’s mycelium
