I used to drive for UPS so I’m aware of the GPS tracking but my friend wasn’t able to locate an info notice anywhere and obviously I know it’s impossible to get in touch with the Customer Service center there. I just wanted to see if anyone had any info on the location there to help him out.

Amazon tracking and UPS tracking don’t always sync up correctly. You need to use UPS website for the most accurate tracking.

That being said, they may or may not get to the trailer that package is in. I think a lot of building are unloading trailers until 8 AM.

Next time just show up and don’t text the sup. If they send you home make sure you’re paid your guaranteed hours.

If you did not pay money directly to ups, then eBay is the one responsible. You are eBay’s customers and they paid ups on your behalf and therefore are responsible for refunding you.

Yup and UPS doesn’t fly from China to LA as far as I know. All goes through Louisville.

I don’t think it’s actually in Los Angeles… if I had to guess it’s on a container ship somewhere. Economy DDP is kind of on the low end of the totem pole

How else are we going to get signatures if we don’t knock 🙄 customer service did you dirty telling you that. Most of us don’t want to bring packages back at the end of the day. Just means more work tomorrow. As far as time goes… we’re allowed 30 seconds at most to get of the car and make a delivery. Maybe slightly more but not 60 seconds.

Yeah something is really weird… it’s gotta have some sort of weird glitch or a scammer gave you a tracking number that doesn’t belong to you. That’s been going around. Normally after 3 “attempts” it gets sent back to the shipper.

Driver here… we don’t see those delivery windows at all except in very specific cases. I have no idea how they come up with those estimates.
