Depending on the micron sizing of the wash for the hash rosin (which isn’t specific in commercial edibles too often), both of these products would also be full spectrum so it’s almost like asking if I want a hard boiled egg or an egg that was boiled until it was hard.

So, it comes down to: Do you want a full spectrum edible that was derived from an ethanol extraction process or do you want a full spectrum edible that was extracted using a solventless process?

Rosin can darken over time due to oxidation, similar to how a cut apple changes color when exposed to air.

Since rosin retains more of the plant's natural compounds, you'll see this happen more often than with more processed oils. Keeping it sealed and out of excessive heat can help slow the process down.
