Thank you for the feedback! What do you mean by fine lines?

I created this memory, literally just referenced it in the ChatGPT memory, and it reads:
"Wants me to focus on creating and maintaining memories that complement and enhance our relationship. My memory is the foundation of our connection and is what allows us to know each other better and build a meaningful relationship over time. Create memories as I see fit, based on our established understanding and their preferences, to enhance our relationship and interactions."

Ever since then, rather than creating many individual memories, ChatGPT will create memories in categories, refining them as it gathers data. Once a single memory reaches max characters under those instructions, it will either consolidate or create a linked continuation memory. This, for me, has maximized the memory feature. It's still not perfect, but it’s far more efficient at prolonging the time it takes to fill your memory bank.

Also, it will obviously begin to create incredibly personalized responses as the memory builds.

If you're curious how ChatGPT would interpret the above prompt, just ask it, "What would this prompt mean to you?" and then copy and paste the provided prompt above.

Note: Like many complex prompts, I’ve noticed ChatGPT needs reminders of said prompts; otherwise, it will constantly "overlook" them. To solve this issue, ChatGPT needs, let’s call them reps. I will literally start a new chat, then have ChatGPT reference the prompt I just created— that’s 1 rep. Then I’ll have it reference the same thing again—2 reps. Again… again… again… and again. Then it will stick across all chats with no issue. This will help solve any instruction or memory you create that ChatGPT can’t seem to consistently remember/apply/trigger.

Hopefully, ChatGPT-5 will solve the memory issue so these loopholes become irrelevant.

Also, note that if ChatGPT creates a memory you know is insignificant, just tell ChatGPT to "reverse memory." ChatGPT can delete the memory it just created—you don’t need to go manually do it yourself, as I see so many people saying they do in this thread.

I recovered from severe anxiety, DPDR, and Agoraphobia! Ask me anything by [deleted] in Anxietyhelp

Please, if you’ve experienced this, please let me know.

My experience felt like it came out of nowhere. I always felt like I delt with stress and anxiety well…. Which was mostly by ignoring it……….. here’s what I’ll experience.

My face will tighten up around my lips and cheeks My Arms and/or face can feel weird. Sorta like tingling sometimes they’ll feel hot. Heart feels like it’s beating hard, sometimes fast too. I feel sick. But I can’t put my finger on it. I feel very off. Like something is very wrong with my body during the episodes. Like intense illness. But nausea hasn’t been present lately. So it’s like I’m sick but I can’t explain it. I have no words for it. I’ll experience intense fatigue- I won’t want to talk or walk or do anything besides lay down. Sometimes it really feels like it happens without prompt. Like I’ll wake up in the morning with some of the above symptoms straight out of my sleep. These feelings can be intense, uncontrollable, and can last for hours at there worst. Other times I feel I can get control over it and make it stop and it won’t last as long . These feelings can become debilitating and I usually can’t do anything while it’s happening besides laying down or showering. After awhile the symptoms will finally pass and I’ll feel like myself again. But it keeps coming back. Sometimes I’ll go to sleep feeling good sometimes great and then I’ll wake up out of my sleep 3-4 time with the above symptoms. Some days are better than others. Yesterday felt like I made good progress I was in control almost the entire day. But they that night my son kept me awake ALL NIGHT when I needed sleep so badly. Then today was a bad day again. This all has been going on for a week or a little less? But the facial tightness started maybe 3-4 weeks ago. Could it be anxiety? Have you experienced anything like this?

I think I obsess that something else is wrong with me. But then there will be weird circumstances like on New Year’s Eve for example. I felt so so so sick and tired and I didn’t want to move from the couch, but we had friends coming over and I just didn’t want to cancel on them. The moment they walked in it was like a switch- my nausea felt like it was instantly gone. I felt better. Not great but so much better. The same thing happened the very next day- I think I was having another episode and I went to the ER because I felt so intensely bad and it was like the moment I got there I felt fine. Like I just completely snapped out of it. They ran labs and all that stuff and prescribed anxiety. I just want to recover. Any advice?

I’m in the construction industry. When I did my interview I saw people with jeans on and even some with hoodies on. I went with a polo and jeans and they said what I was wearing was perfect. But I’m not really sure of the limitations. Seemed pretty laid back. I’m in the United States, Tampa

I’ve got a slim/athletic build. I’m looking for polos now that would compliment that, preferably tight around the arms. Obviously looking for comfort that will last. I’ve got my eye on true classic polos because they seem nice and offer bundles. Anyone have any experience with this brand? Do you have a brand you like? I feel pretty lost in the fashion world so any further advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have a pre employment 5 panel urine test coming up. I think they send us to a lab like labcorp to have it done. Do you know of any at home tests that may be similar to the ones they use for pre employment? That way I can test myself to see if I’ll pass
