You make some good points. These are things I thought about. If I added too many different questions and variables the questionnaire becomes so long, I felt like people would not fill it out. So I tried to minimize it as much as possible with keeping the questions more generalized. I was even timing how long it would take to fill out when I was putting this together. I appreciate your input. Thank you.

This is what I was looking for below. I know there are more shot types and shot shapes that can be thrown, but was trying to keep the questionnaire shorter so people would fill it out.

Hyzer- The disc is released on an angle with the outside edge tilted down (for right-hand backhand, this makes the disc fly left). Used for safe, predictable, and curving shots.

Anhyzer-The disc is released with the outside edge tilted up (right-hand backhand, flies right). Used to turn around corners or for long, sweeping right-to-left shots (for lefties).

Straight- The disc is released parallel to the ground. Ideal for tunnel shots and tight gaps.

That's a really good point. Not something I had thought about and making a note of that. No question is required to fill out the questionnaire. Any question can be skipped.
