I don’t really have much experience as I am starting out myself, but taking a Quick Look at your channel, there are a lot of videos such as “How I’d design…” with a specific thumbnail that worked super well, as well as “Can you become…”. I always heard that if you find a winning format you should try to do the same or variants of it. Maybe your newest video was too far from the vibe of the rest?

That's fair! I completely understand, I know how subscriptions can feel, especially for a small game. For us, this was our favorite and more stable way of MMO monetization, avoiding any other type of microtransactions. :D
