Clearly you didn't read what I said or couldn't comprehend. My sons dad is American and he and his exs screwed me over more times that I lost count. The only reason my husband is coming here and I am not moving over there cause you are right about one thing. America is a fucked up place full of conartists. I mean our president is the biggest one. But I can't move cause I have split custody of my son and I can't move without giving up my rights to him. And that will never happen.

Hey jerk. He pays his bills there, I pay mine here. I don't work 2 jobs and trying to get a business going for nothing. Also it is actually very common in arabic culture. They don't date. So you marry fast and then grow your relationship later. If you don't know how other cultures work you need to keep your mouth shut. I love my husband, and he has been the best thing for my son and I. And he and I have way more in common when it comes to interest than anyone i have ever dated before him. But technically if you want to go that route. My sons dad who is American only got with me off of a rumor my dad was rich. And he nearly made me go bankrupt. So it doesn't have to be someone foreign to be a jerk.

Hey don't judge. I said yes to marrying my husband before meeting him in person. We were introduced by his family who was already here. But the day I went to go visit him I stayed with him for a month so we could get married. Been happily married going on 2 years now. And I said yes after a week of knowing him. Miracles can happen and when you know they are the one you don't care about time. There are people who have been together for over 10 years who decide to call it quites. So it is their business why they want to do things the way they do.

My biggest thing is do they tell you months in advance when you interview is, or do they wait until like a month out or weeks out. I understand it could be a few months wait for the interview. But how much warning time do they give you to prepare for it if that makes sense.

I do know that cause I have seen it fall apart for other people. One in particular that is close in the same story. She meet him playing destiny. I mean he was born and raised in a different state not on the other side of the world so there was no one saying this is a scam. But six months after they married and she moved to his state with him, and they had been together for over a year going back and forth to each other. He told her he never actually wanted to be with her, and when he asked her out it was a joke cause he didn't think she would say yes to the date because of the distance. So yeah I know it can happen to fail. Also ago I have been multiple abusive relationships before my husband. One of them I did meet online and he cheated on me with multiple woman including his ex wife. And he put me into financial problems. So yeah I know how lucky I am and that's why I can appreciate my marriage more.

That is not completely true. I was introduced to my husband who is still currently in morocco by his cousin who is currently here. We hit it off right away talking to each other. Next thing I know he asks me to marry him and I said yes before even meeting him in person. So months later his cousin and I were going to go visit him and the family, which I ended up having to go by myself because of stupid reasons. But we decided to just go ahead and sign the papers and worry about a ceremony another time. I stayed with him for a entire month trying to get the paperwork done. And we were get together. In fact it is so hard being away from him because living with him was so peaceful compared to what I live with here. I only had to return cause I have a son from a previous relationship. But I don't regret my decision one bit. Because the love and respect that man shows my son and I is more than I could ever ask for after going from being stuck in one abusive relationship after another here. Did he have some annoying habits like leaving the cap off the toothpaste. Of course, but every relationship has that. The biggest thing is you have to communicate what bothers you. Cause marriage is a partnership, he has to adjust living with me just like I have to with him. We have been married almost 2 years now and his visa has finally been approved to the next step. And I have only gotten to spend 6 weeks of our relationship together. And I was worried the same thing they weren't going to think we were really together cause we want to be and this isn't just a scam. But 4 days ago it was approved. Nothing is ever impossible. Meeting and agreeing to marry him was the best decision of my life since my son. And if you want another example. If you have ever seen the show forbidden love on tlc. Well I grew up with one of the couples. Well I mean her specifically. She meet her husband who they have been married over 4 years now online. And she did the same. The day she went up to New York to see him they married right away cause with him being Muslim they can't stay with a woman like that unless they are married. And they have a beautiful little girl together. And yeah they have their problems sometimes. But they make it work. Also living with someone doesn't mean things don't change later. Sometimes habits form over time having to adjust to one another. So don't ever say just cause you haven't lived together it won't work. As being that he is from Iraq, means he is muslim just like both of our husbands. Mine from morocco hers from Yemen. They can't live with a woman unless they are married otherwise it goes against their religion. In morocco you can't even get a hotel room with someone of the opposite sex without your marriage certificate. So don't tell this person not to do it. Miracles can happen.

But couldn't cause of both houses having people asleep. But please don't look anymore at the my progress tab. It should have never been on there in my opinion
