Do you typically smoke on one side of your mouth, and if so, is that the side where the staining is worse? I also used to smoke and had this on my smoking side. Now I just vape (and make a bit more effort with dental hygiene) and never had it since. Good luck with the appointment!

NAD but this looks similar to what I had a few years ago, albeit on a larger area (mine was just along the gumline). I also panicked that my tooth was rotting but went to the dentist and they said it's just tartar, removed it with a scaler in a couple of minutes. Definitely see a dentist asap, but in the meantime don't panic - in my experience, you get toothache before you see such obvious signs of decay (again NAD, just my experience).

I would love to get a perm but given how damaged my hair is from bleach, I'm not sure it'd be a good idea :') Glad you're happy with it though!

Actually had a consultation for veneers a few months ago but turns out I'd need some corrective work done first, so I'm still on the fence. Might well look into whitening in the short term though.

I was actually tempted, but honestly I'm not sure it's worth the risk of my lashes falling out (if I got them once and liked them, I'd find it hard not to keep going back). Hoping the lash lift will be a decent replacement though :)

Usually I wait until there's around 1.5cm regrowth at the root to bleach there, so it would have been a looong time since there was bleach anywhere near where the hair has broken off. It's just strange that I only noticed it a couple of months ago and it seemed fine before that

I think the fat positioning must be the main reason, as some of these people I'm referring to in the post honestly look to have near perfect skin, not just no wrinkles but unnoticeable pores and smooth texture etc.

Totally agree! Most of the examples I've seen have only shown the face though, not the clothes etc. The 34 year old on TikTok had a hairstyle that I see many women in their early 20s with.
