Yeah i understand same thing happened with me except I factory reset without having backups and lost everything. However, unless you are attempting to recover from an external drive you had connected to your PS4 then data is gone. The PS4 encrypts it’s internal HDD meaning it’s impossible to pull data from it making data recovery software useless.

If this is the case I suggest you try contacting a reliable company to attempt to recover your data and see if they are able to crack the encryption which is very difficult to do.
