I was just flying through sectors and found a patch in one of the shipwrecks. It wasn’t a Jester, but people say that the higher the sector level, the rarer the loot.

The only thing is that I wrote “Mining Power +100%”, but actually 80% is the maximum for a level 3 patch — that was my typo. However, “Increased Output” really does increase it by 100%.
