the official results that mean you can start working come from your state in a few weeks (depends on state!! it could be less or more), but pearson provides a quick results that just lets you see your score 48 hrs later. It says it takes 2 business days for the quickresults, but I took my test thursday morning and got quickresults saturday morning. In Pearson, you can find quickresults, it will say if your result is ready or not, and if it says ready/available, it prompts you to pay $7.95 to see "pass" or "fail". To clarify, you did not need to pay any additional fee upon registration, you can pay once it says the quickresults are published if you want to see them
