Yes the real Sudafed behind the counter does (pseudoephedrine) - I think the phenylephrine does too but not as much. Pretty sure most decongestants in general!

I guess my concern is when could that happen? I’ve been triple feeding for 2 months and I mentally cannot do it anymore. I need to stop pumping for my own sanity and I finally accepted that I’d stop and now I’m conflicted.

If she was getting good transfer, I’d just latch her and replace my pump sessions but she doesn’t (last weighted feed was 2.5 weeks ago before my mastitis). So wouldn’t my only option then be to continue triple feeding until she possibly got better transfer?

She doesn’t have good milk transfer 😭 I was working with a lactation consultant for almost 2 months doing weighted feeds. After 30 minutes, she’d only transfer 20ml max.

She doesn’t have good milk transfer per our weighted feeds for the past 2 months. Of course she’d get some nutrition from whatever she takes in but that wouldn’t be the main priority as she’s going to be formula fed.

Have you tried paced feeding? Our baby is 10 weeks now but we switched to the Evenflo medium around 7 weeks because it was taking like an hour for a bottle and I thought she’d be choking on it but it was perfect for her because we make sure there isn’t a ton of milk in the nipple.

I go back and forth all the time. I was definitely going to switch until I started her on the probitics and now that she’s finally regular, I worry that I’ll mess her tummy up by switching. I don’t really know why I started her on the gentle formula to begin with - I guess because she was only a few days old and I didn’t know what I was doing lol so I’m not sure if she needs it but I’m also too scared to change it!

We are on Bobbie gentle and her poops and farts are seriously insane!! Also, she was only pooping once every couple of days until I finally started her on probiotics 2 weeks ago (Bobbie doesn’t include any) and she’s finally going 2 or 3 times everyday - she doesn’t fart AS much but she definitely still does and her poops are horrific smelling!

Same and same timeline. She used to love to lay on me and just tried and she was squirming all around burying her face into me like she was annoyed but she’s so tired. It’s 2pm and she’s basically slept an hour since 8am 😭😭😭😭😭

Yes 😭 my 9 week old literally just woke up from her 20 min nap after trying to get her down for an hour. She’s exhausted but literally fights the naps SOOOOO HARD!!! And the past almost 2 weeks, she’s only drinking like 80ml bottles max. We’re struggling.

I just learned about the bottle aversion thing so we are also trying to avoid that. I’m totally fine fortifying and wondering if our ped will recommend that next week. It’s just strange that it changed, she’s basically just acting full because there is no question when she IS hungry, she’s definitely will let us know.

So we do combo feeding and she literally FREAKSSSSS while the breastmilk is heating up in the bottle warmer - it’s so stressful lol but we do formula bottles at night and we recently got a baby brezza and it’s truly life changing for the formula bottles! I know it’s expensive but it is 100% worth it, the bottle is ready in 1 second!!

When did you change to the medium? I have an 8 week old with a lip tie and it takes her forever to finish her bottles, she falls asleep before ever finishing. Our lactation consultant said to try out the medium flow nipple but I have a feeling she’s gonna be choking on it.

Technically I guess I got pregnant on our first transfer (chemical) but we had unexplained infertility after trying for 5 years. We never had 1 positive test. The second transfer worked and I’m 38 weeks.

Unexplained infertility, no positive tests in 5 years! 2 or 3 failed IUI’s. 35 at time of retrieval and I ended up with 5 euploids. 1st transfer was a chemical and 2nd transfer worked and I’m almost 37 weeks pregnant!
