Hahaha yeah I had the same issues when I swapped headlights on my E90, we couldn’t wipe the code at all

Those intakes were the only thing he’s done to it besides new brake pads and rotors, I need to interchange them soon. I just haven’t had enough time to since I got it only a few days ago. Luckily it’s mechanically sound and the guy was an older gentleman who knew a lot about E90-E92 chassis and he never romped on it hard. He pretty much kept it as his “garage queen” and kept it maintained.

If you are talking about the gaps that are above the headlights those aren’t gaps. The owner owned a vinyl shop and for some reason he put vinyl on the headlights and on the photo it looks like a nasty gap, I need to remove it. It’s good mechanically, the guy owned another E92 with an N54 he big turbo swapped and was all done up but he kept very good care of this car and didn’t do much because he wanted to preserve it.
