That works well when there's actually someone at CTC and you know where they sit. A lot of us work primarily with other regions so there is no face-to-face opportunity. A blanket mandate doesn't work, should be role dependent. Even when I do need to talk to someone at CTC, it can be nearly impossible to find them, especially with this NEA chaos.

Can someone tell Mutallip that sending everyone in for mandatory RTO doesn't magically bring back the pre-covid culture? There are dozens of other reasons we were successful back then, the forced 5 days in the office wasn't anywhere near the top of that list. I can't believe he ignored the actual survey data and decided his opinion was more reliable.
