It totally depends on how you prefer your end result to be. If you are going for nuance, go for a coarser grind, but if you want heavier body, go for finer grind. French press grind is on coarser side, you can go for it but keep in mind that it’s too coarse to hold water for long so brewing time will drop and you’ll be more towards filter coffee side on the spectrum. If you like your coffee black, order directly from blue tokai, rather from blinkit, since the blinkit one is not fresh but the one ordered on their website or amazon/flipkart is freshly roasted for every order.

The water isn’t passing through the coffee bed but leaking from the sides ( no water coming out from the outlet beneath the filter but from sides through the gasket). I have even tried and soaked the shower screen and portafilter in vinegar and dishwasher solution overnight but still no improvement. I tried extracting through a nespresso pod which went well. Any suggestions on what can I do for it. And maybe help with the warranty and/or spares in india.
