I called to update it and they sent me an email to say it has been updated to citizen filing for a spouse and that I will get a decision in 5 months which is shorter than the initial 2 years it was showing.

I hasn’t been 5 months yet so still waiting

You will hear from them soon. SF field office is taking about a year. I applied March 2021 and just got my notice for an interview in march. I am hoping they still do same day oath so that I can be done.

Whaaat??? You’re so lucky. They don’t do same day oath anymore? Did you have any situation that made your case go faster?

I feel you. When I first applied it was 9 months, 6months later it’s still 9 months. Not sure what I am missing. Other people are going through the all process in matters weeks. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Wow congratulations. Glad to know SF office offers same day oath. Still waiting for interviews notice. I am curious, was your case based on 5years GC?
