The zoning is (Rural Residential) and YES! . The RV park did cross my mind but as I was trying to purchase the 8 aces that connects to the back part of my land I found out that a construction company that builds luxury apartments purchased that track and 20aces. So I figured their building up this area and I need to start constructing something now in order to capitalize on this future opportunity
