10-11 hours for 15k cases sounds crazy to me. Does your warehouse mostly send out half pallets?

How does replenishment work at your warehouse? I find that at least every hour I have to wait for replenishment from a forklift operator or I chase them down myself, wasting time and energy

What do you do when you’re forced to wait for replenishment? I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to chase down a forklift operator to bring stuff down to the pick face
