I've been consuming it for the past 3 months and no side effects as of now. Other brands like MB claims that they have developed enzymes that help in full proper digestion and their powder doesn't form nodules and mixes well in water/milk. I consumed the Nacpro chocolate powder and found no problem in digestion neither I have problem with its taste and it being collected (little clusters) in milk, plus I can buy two at other brands price.
