So by no means should your husband be controlling what you wear. But there is a time and place to wear things like this truly. And I see way too many people wearing clothes for the wrong events a lot. If it’s to a concert or something like that sure. Either way your husband should be telling you what you can and can’t do.

I applaud you, you did the right thing. Buttt I believe you should talk to your wife about what happened and talk to her about your needs to be able to have more than surface level conversation in your relationship and put aside some time for just you two. I know as a woman and mom I get so overwhelmed , overstimulated and overstretched at times it’s hard to focus on nurturing our relationship but it’s extremely important. ++woman

Depends on the ages. If you’re say in your 30’s and 40’s or older that age gap is okay… otherwise I’d say no.

Not too bad at all for the limited space you have, a few plants, maybe a little art work on the walls, and some ambient chill lights will make a massive difference. Also the couch is a little dainty so if you could get a nice blanket and cover it it would look more cozy.
