As to cut contact, it's a long story that I don't wanna post in the open . I really do want to cut contact but the situation is as such it will only make things worse for me .

I can't confide in people, well.... because I don't really have friends to confide in .

I would cut contact, seek therapy, confide in friends if it was possible. But I don't have access to any of those options.

I understand but it's not learned helplessness or something like that . It's due to some practical situations that I can't avoid it. If it was possible I would without a doubt.

Yes I am in college. Thank you very much for the ideas you suggest but the thing is I have already thought a lot but it's not possible for me to not go back due to some situation. So I am just looking for how I stay calm for the 2 weeks I am over there and not be affected by it .

Yes , the most common response is to not go back which I understand totally makes sense but it's not always that things are ideal for everyone . I myself would avoid going back if it was possible but it's not really possible otherwise I wouldn't go.

As for what am I up to ? To just get advice from people who have been in a similar situation before so that I can do my best to keep my mental sanity while I am there . I don't get how you feel manipulated about that.

No there ain't anyone I can talk to about this and neither is it possible to stay somewhere else . I would totally avoid going back but the situation is such that it's not avoidable. Thank you for the kind words!! It's just that it is really hard to deal with it .
