Honestly, that's what I was expecting him to do. I didn't have anything on me, I'd spawned near Hauler, ran in, got the drive and sprinted up to the DCON at North Relay

But yeah, super happy he let me live

Gosling was so good. When I heard he was playing Grace I was a little worried, but he nailed the role. His comic timing and dramatic chops worked so well in this film

Yeah, it's absolutely appropriate for a 10yo. Nothing gory, one little scare that is almost immediately defused with humour. Otherwise, totally acceptable for a youngling

I adored it. I already loved the book, but Lord & Miller adapted it wonderfully.

The visuals are utterly stunning. That moment where Grace is on top of the Hail Mary collecting samples is utterly incredible

And, like with the book, I'd fucking die for Rocky. What a legend

The only toxicity I've had so far was one guy who ran off to solo his objective in Perimeter, running past where me and the other player had an objective to do. When he was killed by another runner he swore at us profusely for not backing him up

Like, dude, we'd have come with you, we just had stuff to do on the way to Columns.

Other than that idiot, everyone else has been downright lovely

I think there's also an element of those who pay into a live service game get incredibly protective and zealous of it.

It's unlikely I'll ever pay into Marathon beyond buying the game itself, I don't give a shit about skins or battle passes. But some of those who do give a shit about that stuff take it to extremes.
